is a barber and hairstylist who loves to make everyone feel confident in
their hair! Whether it be a skin-tight fade or long, balayage layers,
she'll help you rock it. Cut, color, perms, and conditioning treatments,
she does it all! Julie is an executive barber of PR Barbers and is
currently working on her cosmetology educators' license.
